• Supporting business transformation with SAP Integrated Toolchain (SAP Rise, SAP AI, Signavio)
• Steering technical standards and designing principles

• Establishing processes for proactive monitoring regarding system load, performance, housekeeping, and general system health of SAP Systems
• Supporting performance analysis and optimization activities for SAP systems
• Defining and monitoring KPIs and reporting for system operation stability
