Global Repair Services Operations provide the product repair support for warranty and non warranty for the Motorola Solutions Products in the region. Currently, the EMEA Repair Operations support multiple countries within the regions. Our goal is to provide seamless experience to Motorola Solutions customers in the moment that matter.

Your responsibilities

1. Investigates, proposes, develops, optimizes and evaluates processes and equipment
2. Performs experiments, analyzes data and/or failures, and determine root causes for failures
3. Monitors assigned operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved methods
4. Represents the Business Users, working closely with Stakeholders to translate User Requirements into Business User Stories
5. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
6. Provide consultation to cross-functional teams to address business issues
