Requirements description

• Starting from 5+ years of experience with a history of hands on development in at JavaScript/ TypeScript, with extensive experience in frameworks like Next.js and React.js.
• Expertise in Node.js full-stack development with additional experience in Python or Java.
• Familiarity with modern development tools, workflows, and AI-powered code assistants.
• Solid understanding of modern web development practices, including server-side rendering, server actions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and continuously improving development processes.
• Capable of applying best coding practices, design patterns, and assessing tradeoffs in complex systems.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres, Aurora serverless).

Your responsibilities

1. Collaborate within small, agile teams to design, develop, and deliver both rapid prototypes (2–3 weeks) and full-scale applications (2–3 months).
2. Participate in all phases of development, from architecture and database design to web and mobile application deployment.
3. Work closely with system architects and product managers to configure software packages and build custom solutions.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
5. Apply best coding practices, design patterns, and assess tradeoffs in complex systems.
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them where appropriate
