Your responsibilities

  • The Administrator in the Shared Service Center for Credit & Payment is responsible for the accurate processing and reconciliation of incoming payments and open receivables. The role includes support in payment validation, account clarification, handling of discrepancies, and the execution of dunning and collection processes.
  • This position requires a detail-oriented working style, reliability in managing financial data, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. The Administrator contributes to the overall accuracy and transparency of receivables processes and supports timely and compliant cash application.
  • · You will clarify customer accounts
  • · You will initiate dunning procedures
  • · You will settle disputed accounts
  • · You will be responsible for collection and billing
  • · You will book and reconcile doubtful receivables
  • · You will be closing dunning cases
  • · You will reconcile payment details
  • · You will reconcile payments with invoices
  • · You will process payment discrepancies

  • Your contribution:
  • With the responsibility to perform the activities on time and accurately, you will shape the Group Finance Support team.You will support the ongoing optimization of finance processes and systems, contributing to harmonized workflows, automation initiatives, and high service quality.
  • Your education:
  • Graduate (bachelor) degree in accounting/ economics / finance or related field.
  • Your experience:
  • You have experience in a related field, industry or shared service.
  • Your skills:
  • You have a minimum B2-level English and German proficiency. You also have good Excel skills as well as analytical and numerical skills. You have an eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills and an independent and structured way of working round off your profile.
  • Your softskills:
  • You have “can do” attitude.
