Your responsibilities

• Ensure that operational controls and investor orders are accurately processed in line with the Client’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) and within the scheduled timeframe.
• Guarantee that day-to-day reporting, including prediction reports and Cash Flow Forecasts, is delivered to Portfolio Managers to support sound investment decision-making.
• Respond to escalations received from the Client and Investors in a professional, high-quality manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and regularly review process checklists to ensure they are aligned with current operations, allowing dealing agents to efficiently execute daily tasks.
• Share knowledge across the team by organizing business-related training sessions and onboarding new joiners, ensuring operational know-how remains at the highest possible level.
• Analyze and challenge existing processes with a view to implementing enhancements, increasing efficiency, and mitigating operational risk.
• Lead or contribute to business-related projects across departments aimed at technological development and process improvement in the Transfer Agency function.

Employer requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, investment funds, banking, or related sectors.
• Good knowledge of German (B2) and very good English (B2/C1)
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Client-focused mindset
• Decision-making ability under pressure
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Analytical thinking and continuous improvement approach
• Ability to develop, adapt, and optimize operational processes
• Understanding of Operational Risk
• Experience in Data Processing
• Familiarity with Transaction Processing and Data Capture
