Your responsibilities

  • Customer Orders & Sales Execution: Collaborate closely with buyers, external merchandisers and internal customer service teams to secure orders and execute both short- and long-term sales plans. Ensure timely execution of all critical path milestones, aligning internal resources to meet customer expectations.
  • Forecasting: Utilize internal tools and data sources to manage and refine account forecasts, ensuring maximum sales while optimizing inventory management.
  • Range Planning: Contribute market-driven insights during VLR presentations, helping to develop and implement impactful range plans aligned with the recommendations from the local BA team.
  • Promotional Planning & Trade Execution: Lead the end-to-end promotional process, from planning through to execution, in collaboration with Brand Activation and Sales Support. Take ownership of the promotional budget and drive top-tier in-store and online activations.
  • Regular Store/Market Visits: Organize and conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution quality, store compliance, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, particularly with finance to ensure seamless coordination of accounts receivable (AR) processes, while fostering strong internal relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop in-depth knowledge of retailer and market dynamics in the toy industry. Lead annual account planning efforts, creating long-term strategies that align with our goals for profitable growth.

Our requirements

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for account development and a proactive, hands-on approach. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where building relationships, driving execution and strategic thinking are essential to success.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, both internally and externally
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing or account support, ideally within FMCG or toys
  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to challenge effectively
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and insights
  • Proven ability to work as a team player, utilizing influencing and leadership skills to make positive changes
  • Highly organized but adaptable with a positive attitude to change
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Experience of problem solving and managing deadlines under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of retail execution, in-out mechanics, and promotional planning in large-scale retail environments
  • Solid account management experience

  • Prior experience working with hypermarkets, supermarkets or showcase-driven retail formats is a strong advantage
