Twój zakres obowiązków

• Develop and execute Guavapay Poland’s go-to-market strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process – from pipeline building and partner onboarding to long-term relationship management.
• Identify, structure and negotiate strategic partnerships and client acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations teams to localize offerings for the Polish market.
• Represent Guavapay Poland in industry events and partner meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor moves and regulatory changes to proactively steer commercial priorities.
• Build and lead a small team of sales, account and support professionals as the business scales.

Nasze wymagania

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales roles in fintech / payment institution (Polish market experience required).
• Proven track record of launching or growing financial products/services in regulated environments (experience with MiP/KIP or EMI/PI is a strong plus).
• Excellent understanding of payments, merchant acquiring, and/or card schemes.
• Solid network across Polish fintech ecosystem, with ability to open doors and build trusted relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures – English and Polish fluency is a must.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing autonomy with collaboration.
