Your responsibilities

• Identifying and targeting potential carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to generate new business opportunities.
• Conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Providing regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Our requirements

• 6+ years proven track record of success in a hunter sales role, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of carrier operations, logistics processes, and industry challenges
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficient/ Native Polish and fluent English language skills, any additional language is a plus.
