About the Role:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will independently manage incidents and problem tasks, including critical business incidents, in collaboration with L3 support, business stakeholders, and operations experts. You will be responsible for executing changes and updates in production environments, guiding and supporting new release roll-outs, and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance platform reliability and automate daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, including incident management and service request fulfillment, for various marketing and communications applications.
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by adhering to digital principles and implementing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop scripts to automate and enhance post-release verification processes.
• Assess and determine the reliability of digital products, technology services, and underlying infrastructure.
• Minimize the risk and impact of failures by engineering operational improvements such as predictive monitoring, auto-scaling, and self-healing.
• Define, prepare, and sign off on root-cause analyses for both infrastructure and application operations.
• Identify problems, define resolutions, and create/manage Requests for Changes (RFAs) within the Problem Management framework.

Your Team:

You will join the GOTO, Group Functions, Comms and Branding technology team, which focuses on leveraging data insights to inform omni-channel marketing strategies. You will collaborate with C&B Services teams across Zurich, London, USA, Poland, and India. The team manages a diverse portfolio of digital marketing and communication platforms, including the public website, microsites, analytics tools, global e-mail marketing solutions, marketing automation platforms, high-performance web caching, mobile applications, the corporate intranet, and employee engagement systems.
