We’re looking for an R&D Engineer to:

• Support cross-functional product teams
• Design and execute proof of concepts (PoCs) for evaluating and benchmarking technologies for feasibility and alignment with the business goals for informed decision making
• Carry out market research and analyze consumer technology to inform strategic decisions related to technology explorations. Provide insights and recommendations that are in alignment with the organization's needs.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to prioritize technology needs based on impact
• Facilitate communications with other departments to ensure alignment with business strategy
• Lead initiatives to explore and test new ideas that align with long term business goals

Your Team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas Technology CTO team in Wroclaw supporting cross-functional product teams, with a focus on market research and technology evaluations.
