Your New Role

As an HVAC Lead Installer based in Carrollton, TX, you’ll take charge of system replacements and new installs while leading a top-notch install crew. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing complete residential HVAC installation projects

• Supervising and mentoring junior techs

• Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients

• Maintaining high-quality control and safety standards

• Accurately documenting each install and the materials used

• EPA Refrigerant Certification (minimum)

• 2–4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must live within 10-15 miles of Carrollton, TX

• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly

• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
