Job description

ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are developing a SaaS platform for the logistics and trade sector, already serving several thousand active users. Our mission is to streamline document workflows, sign them electronically and enable data exchange between our and external systems using no-code / low code tools.

THE ROLE

• Lead the rebuild of our SaaS app from the ground up and manage data migration.

• Play a core role in our product team, collaborating closely with the product owner and front-end developer.

• Design, develop, and deliver new features and improvements.

• Build robust integrations with third party services.

• Set high engineering standards and bring best practices to the team.

• Influence technical direction and have a significant impact on our product and user experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of backend & frontend software engineering experience (backend-focused is the advantage).

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, React and TypeScript.

• Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Experience in building interfaces with React & Next.js.

• Experience with SQL (Postgres), Prisma / Drizzle, message queues and Redis.

• Experience with Jest (or other testing frameworks), AWS or Azure, CI/CD.

• Excellent documentation and collaboration skills.

• Strong sense of ownership and self-direction; able to start projects from scratch and work autonomously.

• "Hacker mentality": creative problem-solving, nothing is impossible.

• Ability to deliver rapidly without sacrificing code quality, also using range of existing AI tools.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Sentry, etc.)

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc.)

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Salary: 18000– 26000 PLN net/month (B2B, depending on skills and experience)

• Remote work with occasional meetings in Warsaw, Poland (office available if preferred)

• Flexible working hours (core hours 10:00–15:00)

• 26 paid days of service breaks
