🧠 About the Role

We're looking for a skilled SAP ABAP HR Consultant to support a large-scale transformation project in the financial services sector. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of SAP HR solutions within a global enterprise setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development, SAP HCM customization, and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Wrocław.

📍 Location: Wrocław, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite, 2 days remote)

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using ABAP Workbench to ensure robust and scalable HR solutions.

• Customize SAP HR schemas and rules in line with internal processes and compliance standards.

• Leverage OOP in ABAP to design modular, maintainable code.

• Design and manage Data Dictionaries, Reports, and Forms for HR data processing.

• Enhance and support functionalities within SAP HCM, especially Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting.

• Configure and customize Wage Types to align with payroll requirements.

• Utilize SQL databases for efficient data extraction and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in ABAP Workbench development

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Customization (Schemas, Rules, and Wage Types)

• Solid foundation in Object-Oriented ABAP / Software Engineering

• Experience with Data Dictionaries, Reports, and Forms

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Payroll Accounting)

• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Fiori

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases

• Exposure to MS Azure Databricks / Data Factory

• Familiarity with Scaled Agile, GitLab, TDD, CI/CD, or DevOps practices
