Position: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Hybrid - 2 x week

Contract Type: Employment Contract

Your Responsibilities 🎯

• Taking full ownership of the ML model lifecycle – from idea and research, through deployment, to maintenance.

• Designing and building scalable machine learning systems that will become the core of their product.

• Working in a dynamic environment where you'll wear many hats and have a real impact on the product's direction.

• Close collaboration with the founders, engineers, and designers to iterate quickly and deliver value.

• Experimenting with new technologies and approaches – we're looking for someone who isn't afraid of challenges and thinks outside the box.

What We Expect ✅

• Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models.

• Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of key libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

• Experience with the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) – you know how to make things work in production.

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.

• A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude and a passion for solving complex problems.

• Strong fundamentals in computer science/math (a degree is fine, but we value your skills and portfolio more).

• A willingness to learn and adapt quickly – things move fast in a startup!

• Good command of English.
