About the role

What you'll do

• Participate in the process of integrating with the international Regnology team.

• Collect, analyze, and document functional and non-functional system requirements.

• Create functional and technical concepts for IT systems.

• Provide analytical support during planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation stages.

• Create tasks for development teams and prioritize them.

• Plan work to optimize the activities of development teams.

Why we should decide on you

• Have at least 3 years of experience in roles related to software product management.

• Work directly with the development team.

• Have experience with software products offered in the B2B or B2G market.

• Communicate fluently in English and are proficient in Polish.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Can model functional changes in the system and define tasks for development teams.

• Effectively support the process of preparing responses to tenders and RFPs, including developing functional and technical concepts for IT systems.

• Can create, maintain, and develop analytical and technical documentation for products.
