Job description

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for Business Analyst

Please note that this role involves a fixed rotation of 2 weeks on-site in Riyadh and 1 week remote. Ability to travel accordingly is required

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements and functional specifications

• Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements for IT development teams

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement

• Facilitate process redesign to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support strategic objectives

Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• fluent Polish and English

• Communicative, easy to build relations, able to work in international environment with different cultures and approaches

• Ability o travel accordingly is required  (this role involves a fixed rotation of 2 weeks on-site in Riyadh and 1 week remote)

• Experience in creating analytical documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, BPMN/UML diagrams)

• Familiarity with tools supporting process analysis and modeling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect,)

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and classic methodologies (Waterfall)

• Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Analytical thinking, independence, and attention to detail
