Job Description

Develop and maintain applications using ABAP Workbench, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Customize SAP HR schemas and rules to align with business processes and compliance requirements.

Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles within ABAP to enhance modularity and maintainability.

Design and manage Data Dictionaries, and create Reports and Forms for HR data processing and presentation.

Support and enhance functionalities within SAP HCM modules, particularly Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting.

Customize and configure Wage Types to meet organizational payroll needs.

Integrate and query SQL databases for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Requirements:

ABAP Workbench development.

SAP Customization (Schema and Rules)

OOP / ABAP / Software Engineering background.

Data Dictionaries, Reports and Forms.

SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting)

SAP Customization (Wage Types)

SQL databases
