Requirements

• bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field of study,
• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A Advisory, Big 4 or related roles,
• comprehensive experience with the full M&A cycle, including financial valuation and due diligence execution,
• advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial analysis tools,
• fluent in English (written and spoken),
• sharp analytical mindset with excellent quantitative and financial modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• build financial models, perform company valuations, and due diligence for M&A opportunities,
• analyze financial performance, trends, and key metrics of potential targets,
• prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal decision-makers and external stakeholders,
• take part in all stages of the transaction process: sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, execution, and post-merger integration,
• conduct industry and competitor research to identify acquisition targets and assess potential risks,
• support management with ad-hoc financial analyses and strategic reviews.
• maintain relationships with external advisors, investment banks, and stakeholders involved in M&A transactions,
• coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal processes.
