Requirements

• English and German languages proficiency (at least B2 level),
• 4+ years of experience in HR administration (employee data, benefits, payroll),
• approximately 2 years of experience in team management,
• experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday),
• proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
• experience in payroll input coordination with clients/vendors,
• strong communication and customer service skills,
• results and deadline driven,
• negotiation skills good to have.

Responsibilities

• support HR admin transaction processing for processes such as employee data changes, terminations/retirements, and new hires,
• support and manage the team,
• handle escalation management,
• identify trends and high-volume transactions that may indicate organization-wide issues and prepare the team to handle such volumes,
• ensure process compliance and knowledge management compliance to meet client and internal commitments.
