1. Develop backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+
2. Integrate with external systems using REST and Kafka
3. Ensure secure communication and data exchange
4. Participate in code reviews and end-to-end testing
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand domain needs
