• Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Hands-on experience with Oracle DB and UNIX systems
• Familiarity with tools such as Tomcat and ORDS
• Ability to enhance UI components with JavaScript and CSS
• Bonus: experience with LDAP protocol, QR code generation, and middleware technologies
