• Proven track record in leading Fenergo CLM/KYC support teams.

• Advanced skills in API troubleshooting, SQL performance diagnostics, and job scheduling/monitoring.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ITIL certification and experience implementing ITSM best practices.

We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Fenergo KYC/CLM to lead our L1/L2 application support function.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the L1/L2 Fenergo AMS support team, ensuring SLA adherence.
2. Act as the highest technical escalation point for critical incidents.
3. Define and maintain operational standards, runbooks, and escalation processes.
4. Oversee cross-system integrations (CRM, AML, document management).
5. Drive root cause analysis, trend identification, and implementation of preventive measures.
6. Coordinate with infrastructure, BA, and vendor teams on platform changes, releases, and enhancements.
