Requirements description

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Professional Services environment;
  • minimum Bachelor's degree;
  • experience in working in international environment, multi-cultural organization;
  • experience in working with top management;
  • very good English skills (C1-C2);
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely;
  • positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role;
  • excellent personal and communication skills;
  • good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Your responsibilities

  1. Calendar and travel management;
  2. various internal and external meetings organization;
  3. preparation of prezentations, reports, Excel lists, spreadsheets;
  4. time management;
  5. SAP and TOP support;
  6. resolution of basic queries;
