Requirements description

• 3–10 years of experience as a software developer, ideally in a Tech Lead or Architect role
• Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially PolicyCenter, or ClaimCenter
• Proficiency in Java and/or Gosu
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
• Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
• Openness to occasional travel
• Availability to work full time

Your responsibilities

1. Implement and configure Guidewire modules – mainly PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter.
2. Review and write code (Java/Gosu), ensure test coverage and code quality.
3. Integrate Guidewire with external systems
4. Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices
5. Support recruitment efforts for technical team members
6. Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter)
