Requirements description

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Strong understanding of Microsoft and Oracle licensing models
• Experience working with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to Have

• Certifications in SAM, ITAM, or ITIL
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with other ITSM/ITAM platforms

Your responsibilities

1. Manage the full software asset lifecycle within the organization.
2. Maintain and configure SAM Pro in a ServiceNow environment
3. Ensure compliance and optimize the use of Microsoft and Oracle licenses
4. Support and participate in internal and external software licensing audits
5. Troubleshoot and resolve software asset and licensing issues efficiently
6. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to IT and procurement teams
