• Awareness of current video trends and interest in AI tools (e.g., Runway, Descript).
• Fluent English; basic German reading skills are a plus.
• Bonus: On-set experience and familiarity with camera equipment.

Your responsibilities

1. Regularly produce engaging video content as part of our motion design team for a range of client projects.
2. Handle all aspects of post-production — including editing, animation, color correction, and audio — in close collaboration with teammates.
3. Contribute to the development of original and impactful motion ideas alongside other creatives.
4. Work in a collaborative setting, offering support on day-to-day tasks and actively shaping new creative directions together.
