6+ years of experience in adtech (ideally in a programmatic sales - DSP, SSP, data provider)
Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts
Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions
Strong technical and commercial acumen
Experience with complex tech solutions and problem solving (ideally in a SaaS company)
Analytical skills
Strong management skills
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Advanced English & fluent Polish are a must

Your responsibilities
Support sales lifecycle through technical expertise and ability to provide solutions to problems
Take charge of maintaining and expanding the regional client portfolio, assuming the role of a strategic advisor to facilitate problem-solving conversations and deliver exceptional client services
Provide innovative solutions that meet the clients’ needs and our business goals
Serve as the primary point of contact at Adlook for existing clients, addressing technical and commercial inquiries with utmost professionalism and efficiency
Lead key client meetings and QBRs
Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally - all levels
