Requirements description

• Min. 4 years of professional experience in manual testing
• Min. 1 year of professional experience managing/leading test teams
• Experienced with JavaScript QA Automation frameworks (additional experience as a QA Engineer is welcome)
• Basic understaning of Cloud solutions (preferable AWS)
• Familiar with modern AI-driven QA tools and techniques
• Excellent  written and verbal communication in English
• Passion for clean code, flexibility, and open-mindedness

Your responsibilities

1. Test planning and overall test strategy development (mainly manual testing)
2. Provide guidance and insights to the testing team on test script development and oversee the test execution of (automated and manual) UI testing, API testing, Load, Performance, Integration testing
3. Supervision of test performance - analysis of test data, update of test scripts and analysis of results
4. Mentoring team members in software testing related activities
5. Leading automation efforts, and ensure the highest standards of quality
6. Additionaly leveraging your expertise in automation testing and performance testing to enhance the efficiency, security, and reliability of our processes within our agile and cross-functional teams
