• 3+ years of full-cycle engineering: from POC to production
• Hands-on experience with any of the following AI tools: Langchain, langraph, langfuse, DSpy, Anthropic Claude, Anthropic Sonet, Windsurf, Cursor, RAG, MCP, A2A, AutoGen, agentic architecture
• Strong backend skills (Node.js or another backend language), plus working knowledge of modern frontend (React, Angular, etc.)
• Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Ability to prototype quickly without over-engineering
• Clear communication across both technical and non-technical collaborators

Bonus If You Bring:

• Startup or early-stage experience
• Track record of building internal tools or fast POCs
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development or “vibe coding”
• Contributions to open-source AI tools or side projects

About the Role

If you’re already in an AI-driven role but want more space to build and experiment- this role is for you. We’re setting up a compact, high-trust team focused on rapid AI prototyping and product innovation. You’ll work side-by-side with the CTO/founder/senior engineers to identify ideas, test fast, and push working solutions into production.

You’ll be leading short-cycle POCs, implementing new AI tools, integrating agentic workflows, and shaping the way AI is embedded across both user-facing features and internal systems.

Your responsibilities

1. Design and implement AI-based product features and internal tools
2. Build short-cycle POCs to test new ideas and deliver working prototypes
3. Collaborate across teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI
4. Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks
5. Contribute to technical direction and best practices for AI inside the platform
