REQUIREMENTS

• 5–6 years of experience with Python
• 1–2 years of technical leadership experience
• Experience with Python (OOP), Flask, SQLAlchemy, Jinja2
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Experience working with CI/CD, GitLab, and Agile methodologies
• SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)
• Experience with AWS, Git, Bash
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English for direct communication with client

Your responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements, focusing on performance and availability
2. Technical leadership of a team of at least 3 developers
3. Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories following project methodology (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
4. Proactively propose code refactoring and optimization improvements according to the best software development practices and coding standards
5. Help maintain and improve high-quality standards within the developer community by sharing knowledge, conducting tech talks, and participating in the internal promotion verification process
6. Stay up-to-date with modern technology and obtain professional certifications
