Your responsibilities

1. Deeply familiarize yourself with the architecture, codebase, and business logic
2. Collaborate closely with the current development teams to understand ongoing challenges and technical details
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers working on these products
4. Coordinate and oversee development efforts to ensure high quality, maintainability, and scalability
5. Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and promote modern technologies and methodologies
6. Act as the main technical point of contact for issues across the product portfolio
