Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in platform engineering or cloud infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and servant-leadership principles.

- Hands-on experience with cloud services, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), React, and cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with ITPF conformance and platform-as-a-product mindset

We are actively seeking a Java Tech Lead to join the team that will be responsible for maintaining our core platforms—AEM Cloud, AMS, and React, as well as governing service management practices across the product group. As part of our vision to strengthen the Web product group and advance its maturity, we are planning to establish a central Platform team.

Your responsibilities

1. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of internal platform services (e.g., AEM Cloud, AMS, React) that support WEB product teams.
2. Drive cloud infrastructure optimisation, security, and performance tuning.
3. Lead innovation initiatives, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and self-service tooling.
4. Ensure platform services meet usability and reliability standards and are continuously assessed for fitness.
5. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
6. Coach the team on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
