Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years at a senior or program level

• Proven background in managing BI or data-centric projects within international, complex environments

• Excellent command of English – both spoken and written (including executive-level reporting)

• Skilled in stakeholder management (Project Managers, Product Owners, PMO teams)

• Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized

• Nice to have: PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certifications

• Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies

Hello!

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior BI Project Manager to join a large, international transformation program. The ideal candidate is an independent and highly organized professional with a strong track record in managing BI and data-focused initiatives in complex environments.

🔹 Important: We will only consider candidates who are available to start immediately or with a maximum 2-week notice.

Location: Poland (any location)

Contract type: B2B

Start date: ASAP – only candidates available immediately or within 2 weeks will be considered

Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension

Work model: 100% remote, with occasional business travel to France (approx. once per quarter or half-year)

About the Project:

This is a multi-country, multi-stream BI transformation program, with the following goals:

• Standardization of BI and reporting processes across the organization
• Improved data transparency and program visibility (centralized governance, reporting to SteerCo)
• Proactive risk and dependency management between workstreams

Tools & Technologies:

• Project Management: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
• BI Tools: Power BI (or similar)
• Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint
• Other Systems: ServiceNow (SNOW), ARIBA
• Frameworks: Standardized templates and reporting structures provided
