• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• 1+ year experience in a PIM system, preferably in Informatica PIM
• Comfortable working within a well-defined and repetitive scope of responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and solve problems independently
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines in a multicultural environment
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree; a degree in informatics or business is an advantage but not mandatory

Your responsibilities

1. Maintain product data by accurately entering information into the Product Information Management (PIM) system, e.g. enrichment data, classifying products and setting publication triggers
2. Support data governance through execution and analysis of system reports
3. Assist during project rollouts by correcting / adding data throughout the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
4. Participate in process development and documentation to support continuous improvement
