Offer description

Deloitte is seeking a talented and driven BD Manager or Senior Manager to spearhead the execution of the national strategic business development plan for the Private & Best Managed Companies client programme. As part of the Deloitte Private group, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Private Business Leader, taking charge of implementing the sector’s go-to-market strategy across Poland and providing operational support for Priority Accounts in the private sector.

This pivotal role reports to the Clients & Industries Team Leader in Poland and demands a self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individual. Working in unison with both the Polish Deloitte Private Leader and Lead Client Service Partners, the BD Manager/Senior Manager will deploy strategies to elevate Deloitte’s brand, enhance market presence, and propel revenue growth. Coordination with the local marketing team, Central Europe marketers, and global colleagues is essential to ensure all plans align towards achieving Deloitte’s overall business growth objectives.

Your responsibilities

  1. Acquisition of new clients (business development) for Deloitte Private
  2. Drive the sale of Deloitte’s comprehensive services to private sector clients
  3. Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  4. Organize Best Managed Companies program and gala, ensuring comprehensive event planning and flawless execution for exceptional attendee experiences Identify and leverage major firm events and programs that align with the private sector strategy
  5. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
