Requirements description

• In-depth knowledge of backend technologies: PHP, Python, Go;
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems like 1C, particularly in terms of technical integration;
• Strong background in microservice and distributed architecture;
• Understanding of message queues, caching, databases (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL);
• Proven experience in real-time system troubleshooting and incident response;
• Experience writing and reading technical diagrams and system blueprints;
• Availability to respond during critical production incidents, including outside normal hours.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of CI/CD, observability, DevOps tooling;
• Prior experience in high-load, security-sensitive systems;
• Knowledge of financial systems, accounting logic from an engineering point of view;

Your responsibilities

1. Design backend architecture and internal IT systems across multiple services;
2. Integrate subsystems including APIs, 1C accounting, CRM, billing, analytics
3. Interpret and consolidate architectural diagrams provided by other engineers or stakeholders;
4. Define technology stack, communication protocols, data formats, and service boundaries;
5. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and fault tolerance of infrastructure;
6. Serve as escalation point in crisis situations: system failures, outages, security incidents;
