Ericsson’s PEU CCI (RAN Compute & Cloud Infrastructure) unit in Poland is seeking an experienced and passionate C++ Software Developer to join its R&D team. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of software controlling and supervising base station functionality across all RAN standards, including 5G. Our solutions require high-quality, efficient, and secure code developed mainly in C++20, running on Linux, and tested rigorously using tools like GoogleTest.

Your responsibilities

1. Contribute to new features from concept to deployment, testing on real hardware.
2. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve reported software issues, ensuring robust solutions and thorough testing.
3. Maintain and enhance product code quality, including performing refactoring and implementing improvements.
4. Develop tools and automation to accelerate fault detection and resolution.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for changes.
6. Collaborate with global Ericsson teams and partner organizations using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
