Requirements description

• 2 years of experience in payroll
• Educational Requirements:  Master's Degree (related to economics will be an advantage)
• Advanced English in speech and writing
• Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to propose solution to problems rather than just asking for help
• Ability to identify process issues and improvement opportunities
• PC Skills are required - Excel, Google Tools
• Curiosity and the need to understand both the details and the context
• Very good communication skills

Offer description

Payroll Team is responsible for ongoing coordination of payroll processing activities including collection and validation of payroll inputs, validation and controls of monthly payroll run outputs with the objective of processing salaries in a timely and accurate manner across the region. The Team liaises with multiple internal Clients (employees, HR and Finance colleagues) and outsourced payroll services provider; providing advice on payroll related topics.

Your responsibilities

1. Coordination and collection of all required inputs to payroll
2. Ensuring the pay elements have been processed accurately and timely in compliance with policies and regulations, and required payroll accounting information handed over to Finance
3. Handling payroll related queries
4. Verifying payment files for processing (for statutory and net payments)
5. Ensuring regulatory requirements are complied
6. Managing key knowledge related to payroll in a given geographical scope
