Your responsibilities

1. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll architect and build the Data Fabric that powers mission-critical workflows. You’ll work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance services that meet the needs of our customers. You’ll also leverage the latest AI tools and platforms such as Claude, Codex, and other cutting-edge AI assistants to enhance development speed, code quality, and innovation.
2. Design and develop high-performance, scalable microservices using Java
3. Design and implement integrations with various enterprise data stores and third-party APIs
4. Build and maintain event-driven data pipelines using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing
5. Architect solutions that meet strict compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and technical requirements
