Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Experience & Training

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in project management, with working knowledge of both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) delivery approaches
  • Previous work in large, international organizations
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with organizational change management will be an advantage

Certifications

  • Project Management certifications such as PSM I, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project
  • Experience using project and delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, Clarity, PlanView, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Tableau

Languages

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Agile Project Manager to join our transformation team. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their project management skills while contributing to key initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific workstream within a larger change program or leading a smaller, less complex project from start to finish.

You'll work closely with various business and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while complying with all relevant internal governance, risk, and compliance standards. This role offers a strong learning curve and a clear path toward a fully independent Project Manager role.

Details:

B2B: 110-120 pln net+vat/hr

Location:

- Employees based in Warsaw are expected to work from the office once a week.

-  Employees based in other cities are expected to work from the office once a month.

Employment type: full-time

Start: mid-August, no later than September 1st.

Your responsibilities

  1. Lead delivery of a project workstream or a small-scale initiative using internal change management frameworks.
  2. Coordinate daily activities with business leads and cross-functional teams.
  3. Ensure all required approvals are obtained (e.g., compliance, risk, vendor onboarding, cloud governance).
  4. Support the Program or Project Manager in managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  5. Organize and facilitate project meetings and agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning).
  6. Report project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
