• Experience working with Tableau, ServiceNow, or other enterprise tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

As an IT Continuity Analyst (ServiceNow), you will be working for our client, a global banking institution with a strong presence in cybersecurity and IT risk management, contributing to a platform located in Portugal. Your mission is to ensure critical systems can recover effectively in the event of disruptions, collaborating closely with IT asset managers and stakeholders to evaluate, document, and improve recovery strategies. Your expertise will help ensure IT continuity risks are addressed proactively, incidents are analyzed thoroughly, and lessons learned are applied.

Your responsibilities

1. Define and draft functional specifications for IT Continuity-related ServiceNow modules (e.g., ASC, IC Plan, Exercise) and cross-functional modules (Risk, Issues)
2. Gather and document user requirements from global business entities
3. Support ServiceNow developments and manage follow-ups on enhancements, incidents, and remediation activities
4. Provide functional support to users, handle debugging, and escalate issues as needed
5. Create and update IT Continuity project specifications and visualizations in Tableau
6. Coordinate and validate IT asset classification and ensure data consistency in ServiceNow
