Requirements description

Must-have skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular or React.
• Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end in customer-facing or internal projects.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and component-based front-end architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/Oracle (queries, joins, optimization).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration workflows.
• Experience with Git and DevOps-friendly development practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint delivery.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to design efficient solutions.
• Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Fluency in Polish and English (working in an international team and American Client).

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Low Code / No Code platforms (e.g., Neutrinos, Mendix, OutSystems).
• Basic understanding of Docker/Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with BPM tools, API orchestration, and system integrations.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services (BFSI) domain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

In this role, you'll be actively involved in agile sprints, contributing across the full software development life cycle – from requirements gathering and design to development, deployment, and post-go-live support. We’re looking for a proactive developer with strong technical skills and customer-facing experience who can deliver production-grade solutions.

Your responsibilities

1. Participate in agile sprints and contribute to all phases of the SDLC.
2. Develop, test, and maintain application modules according to sprint goals.
3. Collaborate with architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
4. Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and best practices.
5. Support implementation and stabilization after go-live.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues or enhancement requests.
