• Version control using Git, and experience with CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to capital markets, pricing, or trading systems.
• Experience with Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira).
• Background in working within regulated environments or adhering to compliance and operational risk standards.

About the Role

Link Group is supporting a global financial institution in expanding its Modelling & Analytics Group (MAG) with a newly formed branch in Poland. This team plays a key role in the design and development of pricing models, risk models, and real-time analytics infrastructure for front-office trading activities.

As a Haskell Developer, you’ll contribute to the core infrastructure that supports pricing, market data processing, intraday risk reporting, and portfolio-level analytics. You’ll work closely with trading desks, quantitative developers, and global teams in a highly dynamic, market-driven environment.

Your responsibilities

1. Build and enhance components of an internal front-office pricing and risk analytics platform.
2. Develop real-time software for pricing, analytics, and capital optimization.
3. Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative developers, and global technology teams.
4. Work on a variety of projects — from GUIs and APIs to server-side tools and reporting systems.
5. Use Haskell and an internal functional programming variant as core technologies.
6. Engage in architecture design, project discussions, and delivery of robust, scalable systems.
