Hi! We’re a digital agency working with clients from the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe. We specialize in design, development, and digital support for startups and businesses.

Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager — not someone learning from scratch, but a professional who already knows how to sell and work with English-speaking leads.

What’s important:

We have a steady flow of 200+ leads per month, and we need someone who can confidently handle that volume, manage negotiations, and close deals. We’re after a strong sales pro who knows how to convert leads into clients and deliver tangible results. This is not a position for tests or training — you should already understand digital sales processes, be confident using a CRM, work with scripts, and communicate in English at Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level.

Your responsibilities

  1. Close deals for web design, development, and digital support services
  2. Manage clients from the first contact to signing the contract
  3. Meet your sales targets (3−5 deals per month)
