Requirements description

• 5+ years in machine learning engineering or related roles
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and ML lifecycle management
• Proficiency with MLOps tools (MLflow, GitLab CI/CD)
• Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Master’s or PhD in a technical field
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Evidently AI)

Your responsibilities

1. Lead the architecture and development of a large-scale recommender system
2. Improve MLOps practices (CI/CD with GitLab, MLflow, monitoring)
3. Collaborate with data scientists to move models to production using AWS SageMaker
4. Write clean, maintainable Python code for ML and data infrastructure
5. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and data scientists
6. Translate business needs into scalable ML solutions
