• Knowledge of investment banking products, PnL, Market & Credit Risk
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong SQL and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Conduct or Regulatory domains is a plus

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

Rate: 150–170 PLN/hour (B2B)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a global IT team working on a dashboard platform for trading supervisors, used in over 50 countries. The role involves close collaboration with developers and product owners in an agile environment.

This is a long-term, stable project with opportunities for growth and development.

Your responsibilities

1. Analyze current processes and assess future impact
2. Translate business requirements into clear, agile user stories
3. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to drive delivery
4. Perform data analysis, mapping, and modeling
5. Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews)
6. Maintain alignment with business and IT strategy
