Requirements description

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager on IT projects.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to manage critical situations with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive position and focus on results.
• English — upper intermediate level or higher. You will have daily communication with the business team and team members from other countries.

6. Identify risks, escalate issues and resolve them.
