Technical Product Advisor with Hungarian

Miejsce pracy: Katowice

Zadania:

• Handle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone calls.
• Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
• Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues.
• Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device.
• Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service.
• Input data, write quickly and clearly.

Wymagania:

• Fluent Hungarian (C1/C2) and very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken.
• Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work.
• Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm way.
• Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills.
• Experience in customer service (individual / business customers).
• Optional: Interest in a new technology and electronics trends.
