Your responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing requirements, interacting with stakeholders (customers, users, project managers)
• Documenting and modeling processes
• Analyzing and solving problems
• Participating in the development and implementation of solutions
• Managing project documentation
• Data analysis and reporting
• Continuously improving business analysis processes and adapting new practices and tools to improve work quality

Our requirements

• Excellent skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Ability to model business processes and develop specifications (BPMN, UML, or other methods)
• Ability to work with Jira, Trello, Confluence
• Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools, including Excel and BI systems (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio)
• Knowledge of system integration principles and working with APIs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team and independently, showing initiative and responsibility
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
