Your responsibilities

• Backend and frontend development
• Planning and organizing technical work within the team, ensuring high code quality and proper documentation
• Collaborating closely with engineers to deliver planned features and improvements
• Contributing to architectural decisions and participating in architecture review processes
• Working alongside software architects to design scalable, efficient solutions aligned with product goals
• Participating in regular scrum ceremonies and following agile development practices
• Cooperating with product managers to clarify requirements and define project scope
• Engaging with cross-functional teams to align on code standards and architecture updates

Our requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
• Solid frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React or Angular)
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience working with microservices-based architectures
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Comfortable using Git and Git-based collaboration tools (e.g. GitHub)
• Leadership experience is a nice have
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field
